First goal is EGM. We need 100.....we are 30 and BVB is assisting me with his 80 that he collected.


2nd Goal is my nomination...which has already been acknolwedged by General Counsel of OZL. I should be on the ticket as many shareholders have ensured that.

3rd Let me worry about how to get further support to be elected once an EGM is called thats a different process.
Cross bridges when we come to that.

I will need an EGM agenda etc...

OZL moved today to be technically in default of all its debt yesterday and its CEO and Directors have lost 85% of shareholder wealth and not one resignation.

David has over 10 years Asia investment markets experience and was most recently an Senior Equities Analyst with Global Value Investors (FUM: A$900m), the global investment fund of Investors Mutual (FUM: A$5Bn) where he was responsible for Asian Financial, Telecom, Media and Consumer sector investments where he generated exceptional returns > 26% in 2007.
