    It seems to me (as per MM on Sunday) that they need a certain number of banks on board in the VERY short term and the overseas banks are just not coming to the party. They are being advised to bring what's left of their money back home no matter the logic behind any alternative.

    Against my better judgement I'm holding my last 50%.
