    Batter the old shareholder into total submission, get them to mentally write off their total remaining carcas of an investment with announcment after announcement of bleaker news, and then serve up 30 cents and hope everyone is happy.

    Maintain the rage - these people need to kept accountable and wear the outcome for the rest of their lives.
