What I thought was interesting was this

"Because of its uranium content, the Olympic Dam expansion has had to jump through more hoops than a standard copper or gold mine."

If C has 63,000t of U, then it may be more expensive and take longer to bring to production. It still does not detract from the quality of the ore body, I am just saying that we should not expect a miracle here.
