I suppose the positive aspect for OZL with big C is that BHP will have hopefully paved the way by the inclusion of uranium mining in their EIS. If they get the all-clear and do things by the book then we can only benefit.

One big positive is the strong pro-mining ethos of the Rann SA government. I don't see that changing if the Libs ever get their act together either.
