OZL has announced today that it has entered into an option with HAV to acquire the Kalkaroo copper-gold project for $205m plus additional contingency payments potentially amounting to $200 million (making a total of $405m). HAV's market cap is only around $51m. Great to be a HAV shareholder today (which I am not). But surely this is a major positive for REX as I think the Hillside project is at least as good (or a better) project than the Kalkaroo project (which has a Mineral Resource estimate of 245Mt @ 0.45% Cu and 0.39g/t Au).
