Hi Dasa, what Im saying is that Minmetals could alter their bid from being for 100% of OZ, to somewhere around the 30% mark, this would then come in under the 40% that kacy was talking about, by taking an equity placement of say 1billion shares at 80c and then underwriting either a rights or spp of say another 600million shares, say half get taken up half go to underwriter, leaving MM with say 1.3billion shares out of 4.7billion on issue or 27.5% of OZ minerals, who would still own and operate PH.
Would FIRB knock that back, but would Minmetals be prepared to take a minority stake with the current management.
