Nice to see some transparency.
Looks like Proposal A was only really going to benefit the new guys - thanks for nothing! Greed is not good when it comes at shareholders' expense.
A little short of detail on Proposal B....
As I have said before, the best thing that can come of this (short term) is either:
1. Minmetals blow everyone out of the water with a significant increase in their bid; or
2. A new (big corporate) player comes along with a decent bid with few conditions.
Bring it on - something's got to happen or the vote will be a cliffhanger.
