We need to see what is in proposal B, it seems to me that the board purposely left the details out in proposal B. The board is selling out the shareholders big time by not negotiating a better deal with the three bidders.

1st of all OZL needs to buy some more time from the banks given that Norris stated in the press he would not pull the rug. If Sir Rod did it for Centro I dont see why a few phone calls from Chairman of Aussie banks to the foreign banks would not help!!! I am confident MMetal would not pull the deal as The chinese clearly want OZL assets. The chinese already lost the RIO deal, they need to safe their "face" if they want to be perceived as a major player in world resources.
