Good thoughtful post. Could OZL fund the 2 developments (Degrussa and C?). I think the answer is yes, due to the timing of the two. SFR development needs $400m now, C needs $2B beginning in 5/6 years. OZL could as you say, buy SFR with script, use the cash to develop Degrussa, then use the cash flow from the 2 facilities to develop C (and still pay a dividend).
