Have to agree with you on all counts. I think any takeover of SFR will be hostile and therefore a premium will have to be paid. I do not like Simich. I think he is a bit like MM.

SA is a great place to live and work and I look forward to OZL moving its headquarters to Adelaide when its lease finishes in Melbourne. I hope they are planning it now.

Continuing on the SA theme. Just like there seem to be Iron Ore deposits all over the Pilbara and Gold all ove WA, there seems to be a lot of juniors in SA finding Copper/Gold deposits. I wonder if OZL will have a preference for picking these companies up eg Rex, and so maximise its infrastructure, workforce etc.
