Getting the green light from firb is as good as a stand by letter of credit. Meaning, banks are guaranteed to be paid in full. So if this fails because banks wont extend credit it will be entirely the govs fault for dragging its feet on this.
I think we will have to get a decision very soon. The consequences of a "no" decision on RIO and OZL are just too undesirable on many fronts.
