i didn't mean for ozl to pay too much but rather wait for an opportune time (and price) to strike - and that right price may come sooner rather than later

some other poster had been pushing for ozl to take over rxm just recently - with the benefit of hindsight we can be thankful that ozl management didn't make a move on them at any time over the past 6 months or so

i think this is just another example of the new board being very prudent in their assessment of opportunities - the others being the sfr stake (which was truly opportune in terms of timing and price) and carrapateena which is looking more like a steal with each passing day
