Me, dogboy? Nope- i just saw it written in the AFR, and posted that (or alerted OZL and RXM holders to the post). I hold neither share (used to hold OZL), but know OZL posters love to discuss OZL's future strategies.

The thing is, companies have to release results before they can be proper prey. Then, if results disappoint, they may move off the radar, because it isn't a completely good look to takeover a company with results that are less than expected.

In general, though, I think many companies (and pricvate equity) are awaiting results, to see how poor they are, and then wait for the falls, and take the companies over. The markets are so bearish, that they cause their own falls. Then add poor results- voila: opportunity.
