He is really concerned about employee "churn" or turnover and the fact that every time a new employee comes in, there is a training and a ramp up period before they can really contribute. A stable workforce is really important for productivity. There were 3100 applicants for the 150 jobs and some of the applicants had previously worked at P Hill and wanted to come back. The other thing he mentioned was that the same management team has been there for a year, and that continuity is really important.
