1. On my valuation in December it was worth > $1.50 but now we have a 100% guaranteed refi, a floor price established, real buying, and chances of a pipeline of financing and further bids.

2. If the Chinese want to pay 82.5c then they definitely think it worth double or triple that at least.

Lets say $1.65 for now with a 100% complete upgraded and re-rating of Prominent Hill.
