The app has not been updated in over four months. This is worrying because the app has poor reviews and major flaws, and that a large percentage of Jumbo's customers purchase tickets using mobile devices. I worry that too much resources are been spent on expansion compared to maintaining a strong core Australian business. I have contacted Ozlotteries support team by email two days ago asking when the next app update will be released. I havn't had a response yet. I recommend all shareholders here express their concern about the app to Jumbo.
