drg Tatts may release a new site this year but in reality the 1.6 million users probably wont change. then Tatts are not in Germany nor are they likely to go there.
Oz lotteries has an established client base already.
You dont pay more so Tatts wont be selling theirs cheaper its a same price deal - So maybe Tatts cancels their agency deal. not sure whether the competitions commission wont be all over them for doing that.
