Or, it could be some poor sod who needs to sell his shares in an illiquid stock when not many want to buy them. Sell a few, let the price recover somewhat, sell a few and etc.
That is not to say that other explanations could be not be valid.
But lithium has lost its lustre in this market- even if this does not appear over priced given the small MV.
