Cheers, yep, they do that, to survive year after year the micro caps often need a 'narrative' to sell the next CR or placement. Some make good sense. Some are pure bull dust. Most would be somewhere in the middle. You can pick up tenements cheap. A CR should pay for the tenement, do some drilling and keep the lights on for a while. Some do it with integrity. Some are rat bags.

The next CR might be more difficult but they have time yet. There must be some old possible uranium tenements still around- if uranium is still a thing by the next CR.

Or, they just might find something.
