I don't think the staff options factor into the equation at all.
What we do know is that any announcement won't be fluffy garbage as his credibility seems to be paramount to him, which is refreshing for an ASX listed junior.

If you think OZM are doing a good job, then get your proxy voting form lodged asap and back them as they need our support imo.
They run a bloody tight ship with all the dollars continuously going to exploration and the drill bit, to the point where AP supplied his own DD rig free of charge, to enable OZM to survive the tough lull in goldies exploration funding.
