Permits have been completed, meaning lodged but not granted.
Permits can take a while. Brazil is supposedly one of the quicker countries. In Australia, certain companies have waited years. AP has mentioned that drilling will commence in Q1, so that's where his expectations are set.
The desire for additional DD rigs and more acquisitions is what has also been mentioned.
Q1 is just around the corner.
