It's strategic what he's doing. 28/240 is a granted mining lease that'll be hit first and was targeted with a massive amount of metres for a junior. Drilling out will be done with cashflow imo.
SS is progressing in the background, conserving cash by doing it in the most economical way. The amount of structural work done on the core and Met test work while things were seemingly idle was huge. The ball was always in play.
