He or she appears to be someone making an imperfect attempt at translating their thoughts into a second language- my hovercraft is full of eels.

If he or she simply said that someone is using a market maker to make their trades and that otherwise management is above reproach, and I think that that is what they are trying to say, then that would be quite an unremarkable statement.

I did make a few trades on this stock and have been waiting for and pondering another reentry. But now, the excitement for this stock and lithium has gone. Getting harder to get enthused.
