lordolean, I hope your wrong but fear your right. A capital raising would be much better presented AFTER a JV. The only escape clause I can see is announcing a JV and a capital raising of a higher SP rate than present. Slim chance but as I said, I fear you estimate is right. In any case not long to wait and my fingers crossed for dwuuu's theory.
