U make a valid point about P#1, mayb thats it for now, game set & match, so we will have to wait for the 2nd instalment!!

They did imply to run production tests to the mkt, so most observers did believe that they'd do a C&S instd of P&A.

Its good to see them come out & tell the mkt abt increase in the overall areal extent. Seismics can b a pain, but for now we can rest easy that they had lots of gas not water at P#1, a mountain of gas challenging as Mt Everest but lots bigger then a termite mound!!

Just a theory, I suspect that by Dec 09 or Q1 next year, KAR could see an extra $100m in the bank if COP want to claw back to 60%, currently its 51% & will cost $100m for an extra 9% stake.
