You are totally correct and as I said I own both I want STO to take out ESG and IMO I would be happy to take STO script provided its a fair offer for ESG.
The longer STO wait the far higher they will have to pay.
I have been so frustrated with STO failing time and again in losing good opportunities.
IMO it does not get better than this but again I feel they are dragging their feet and another will jump in and again STO will loose.
When it comes to STO I am truly lost for words, the ESG board would run STO better than their current board.
