check out the options on issue.....6.5mil at 1.5cents and 20mil at 2.5cents.Then after that options go 25cents,26.1cents,28.7cents,31.4cents,80cents and then 1 dollar + the 80 mil in performance shares.....looks like they beleive this SP wont be around the 2-3cent mark for long.
