Law fees charge systems should be changed for better cash flows like belows;
1)No win no fee applys only claims to local court.But if clients prepay the fees SGH charges half fees including won bonuses(won bonuses charge after winnings)
2)After local court judgement,charge regular fees by prepayment in any cases except won bonuses.
