To be honest, I never full understand the problem with Savanna because I was assured by so many analysts on this thread that it is not a problem, it will go away, etc, etc.
Finally I have a chance to look at it. From the surface, it is not a problem. Area affected is only on the other side of the river, miles away from Anomaly AA, etc.etc. Worst case give it away, and BMN still have 200mlb potential.
But if you have looked at it very carefully, it is the motion 2 brought by Savanna that could be deadly (see below).
---"alternatively orders that the decision by the Minister of Mines and Energy to grant Bannerman Namibia EPL3345 be declared null and void..."
I guess BMN can easily settle the issue with Savanna, and keep them quiet last year. I guess when you have people who is willing to try to grab land from RIO, I don't think they will give a dime to anyone. Personally I think it is greedy that bring BMN into such a big mess.
Now everything is in public eye. It is a mistake made by the Ministry, issuing overlapping lease whatever it is for uranium, or stone. Now It could take years to settle. There might be some kinds of dirty deals or wrong doing behind the door. If it is the case, the whole EPL3345 is well in danger, and BMN might end up with nothing. This is why the company is trying to find scapegoat, one after another.
Eventually, everyone involved in the original deal might have to step down to distance themselves, and save the company. It might be the worst case, I hope it won't happen.
Finally, I think I have connect the dots. But it could easily be turning point because all bad news are out.
I am waiting for 60c buying opportunity.
I hope everyone from BMN can learn a big lesson. Don't be too greedy, and anything could happen. Good things and bad things. The world is not circling around BMN. BMN is just another speculative stock. There is reward, and there is risk.
