I would participate also a13, it is clear why the sp is where it is today. Springtree mainly sold whilst us shareholders held. It's because of people like us that the sp went up not springtree. IMO PRR should do a CR like LYC did.
From memory jp Morgan took a big stake, directors bought (1 director bought 20mil shares and another about 10mil) and shareholders bought at a good discount. 6mths later sp went from the CR price of 45c to over $1 and 2.60today.
