Announcements have been madefor all of the above.

As to cutting down on staff .
its called cost cutting. i run my own business, I can have 3 useless blokes, Or pay a bit more for one dam good worker.
Thats how i roll Cut out the dead wood and run a tight ship.

GCN is doing the same as announced in Quarterly.

My thoughts only but always willing to hear what others have to say.
