Sounds like another CER p&d, if the share price rose by that amount without any reason it could only be one thing.

I jumped on the CER train when it went from 5 cents to 14 cents and lost out on the way down when I bought back in. I can understand if the US economy REIT market had improved, then a 10-20% increase (at max) of CER could occur, but for this sought of increase without any announcement, I can gaurantee that this is simply a p&d from some big players.

I have been burnt by this before! This is a warning to all the small investors out there...
