I don't think it will... because you aren't looking at a huge different, and ALSO $2.93 is the floor price. I imagine that it may edge closer to $3 on the final announcement.

There's also things to take into consideration, like CGT, whether or not you will get our allocated shares from SPP.

I recently participated in an SPP for XPE, and there was one person who sold all their shares, and in the end only got a TINY portion back, due to a huge over subscription.
