Remember, for those looking at long term investment to be mindful of the effect of the educator to child ratios commencing in 2016, when ratios change from 1:8 to 1:5, resulting in an increase in salaries and the other costs associated with employing additional staff. It would be unrealistic to expect parents to cover the full cost of those changes. Ratio changes are for 2 year olds.
