Look at page 45 of the FY18 Annual Report. There are 148.88mln shares. (those performance rights are unlike to vest given it is tied to TSR, and the share price is down 80%)
The company had $9.5mln of cash in the bank, which is $0.0638/share.
The company makes almost $6mln pre-tax pre-claims, which is $0.04/share.
The share price is $0.105, which means excluding the cash, the enterprise value is $0.0412/share
So the stock is on an ex-cash PE multiple of 1x!!!! Or FCF/EV of almost 100%.
