Can you be more specific on the cinema ownership in victoria. I am more familiar with its competititor in AHD, since I know the cinema makeout in NSW. Since it is just the two of us in discussion could you care to be more specific.
I would be very intrigued to buy this company but I'm not sure about its ownership of AEO, or the upside in the themeparks. Perhaps if this was less diversified it would not be so undervalued like you suggest. What about its subsidiary and its new banking arrangement
