I expect some news on Donald Mineral Sands project getting under way in the next quarter. Water was one of the main hold ups as the region has been in drought for 12 years and the local catchments are effectively empty. Water in large quantities is needed to separate the clays from the mineral sands. A process to use the saline bore water, which is plentiful, has been worked out. Transport of the sands to port is not a problem as there are train links about 15km from the mine site.
I see that the company is back in the market buying up their shares as a part of the 10% buy back of stock on issue. They have still about 7% of the total stock to go and I expect that this alone will send the price over $2.
