PE is less than one simply because they sold the majority of their business last year, and that was booked as profit. What they have left is what I gather is a relatively early stage chemical products business in China and a mineral sands mine tenement just about ready to start being built in Aus, and a sh*t load of cash in the bank.
Very undervalued company in my opinion, because they have more than 50% cash in the bank than their market cap. Pay no attention to the PE figure though, because it's 100% non-recurring.
This is on my "to buy" list for as long as its market cap < cash. Just waiting on funds.
