Yes, just divide current market cap by your forecast NPAT to get PE.
Alternatively divide current share price by your forecast EPS.
But be careful because market cap often only updates daily after the close of trade. So you said share price of $4.70 = $480M, but that was the previous close's market cap. Share price of $4.70 equates to a market cap of $440M which is what it's showing today on the HotCopper sidebar even though the SP is back up to $5 at the time I'm writing this.
