oops, forgot to add. For someone who asked earlier ... assessed book value is WHY the share price is at 4 cents. it's also WHY the SPP is 4 cents.

... then do your sums on how it gets it back to 20 cents, and what p/e and p/b it will take. throw that calc out the window because the market loves a happy ending ... and pops you back to somewhere it shouldn't be because new people arrive who haven't been dragged through the mud.
