Now you're getting the picture :-). Take 3% of just $1bill as royalty. $30mill. Let's say 50% as profit, $15mill. Add a conservative PE (for a fast growing company) of 20. Gives $300mill marketcap. Current marketcap is $112mill. Now multiply this out by multiple products until you can see a $1bill marketcap. That gives you a share price of 62.5c. Conservative assumptions used.
