Timing.... & keeping an ear to the ground....
I'll add while I attempt to sticking to A Plan, given a bit of time I'll get up Plan B C & D if I can.
US Fed has been attempting to pull the rug out from under Bio & SM stocks, openly calling them overheated. Values, thus Caps, are under stress the market is stalling, and P&G have now shown their hand early - contracting. Time to tread with more care IMO.
