They expected 1H for the wave II launch and things changed and P&G notified OBJ of an expected 3Q launch instead, OBJ thus changed their stance and updated the expected date... there is no going out on a limb, just expectations being stated and adjusted if that is P&G's desire.

People need to get through their heads that when OBJ says "revenue is expected" or "launch is expected" or "distribution of product is expected to commence", it is not 100% set in stone.

Expected dates vary from Actual dates and holding a gun to management's heads over expected dates is not rational.
