"This public consultation period is required as it relates to the proposed change of land use designation, from
agricultural to industrial, for the plots (the “Land”) required by the Project for its future surface
infrastructure. It is not the end of the Agency’s work to assess the Project but is a necessary step ahead of
their final recommendation to a governing board, constituted by the Asturian President and his Ministers. "

My questions...
What is the intended outcome after this 20 day period... what are we waiting for then.. final verdict/recommendation by Sekuens Agency or Regional Government of Asturias(and ministers) or further legal ramifications by the Environmentalists against the land use designation....?
The consultation period for the public is designed for what exactly....?
Also the company was already in the legal battle for the land zoning.... what happens to this...is there an outcome for this yet?

There is a high chance that the public pressure with proposed change of land use designation from agriculture to industrial will simply make the final ruling as a non-PIER status project....
