I fail to see the need to ban ICE vehicles. The rate of production of EV' seems to be maxxed out and the supply of Lithium is short so how will banning of ICE increase EV penetration. Many will choose to keep ICE until they are ready to change due to a myriad of reasons. It's the same mentality as destroying coal fired power before a replacement source is available. The average consumer is about to see the consequences of that now that Mr 275 is in control.
