p mark smyth resigns

As director of Thor Mining. Presumably to focus all of his efforts on CVI to make sure that nothing is left to chance in our move from spec. coy to asset rich mineral coy (and likely takeover target).
As a holder of both CVI and THR, I liked the fact that he was on the Thor board, but I can accept the loss of experience for Thor as long as it means there is a significant lift in the fortunes of CVI.
Well down on both stocks but a long term holder.
