Yeah if you think Graincorp's assets are strategically placed, to buy the company at NTA is ridiculous. A touch above is still very very cheap.
They have rail assets as well which should not trade at NTA.
Peers trade at far higher multiples.
Oh...and the company's NTA has only increased over the past 5 years while the share price is at 5 year lows. Meaning it's never been cheaper over the past 5 years.
