There is a lack of buyers trying to get into any of these small stocks now. I don't see where this is being played as such. Any rally is been matched by sellers, but they certainly aren't big sellers, just like there are no big buyers. Something has spooked these shale oilers, it could have been rumours that fracking might be suspended, it could be that the development costs are not converting to real revenue. Who knows, could be management problems as well. SEA share price has only moved down since they did the changes a few months ago..directors selling @ .75, etc.

At least this company is producing and has good revenue to fund its development moving forward. IMHO the market is placing no faith in the Niobrara..and I have mentioned this before.
