Yeh I've been considering taking 'disciplinary action' myself against ASIC Duped relating to loss of income as a direct result of ASIC allowing the placement issue to proceed, just not sure how to go about it!!! ASIC failed in their duty to regulate and allowed WELLINGTON CAPITAL LTD as Responsible Entity of the Premium Income Fund to change the constitution which was not in the best interests of investors. Print Mail Logistics were not so lucky as a substantial investor initiated their own legal action to intervene, obviously they saw how useless the tax payer funded regulators were and knew they could not rely on ASIC to regulate.
